I agree and confirm grant to KEEPS Global (Kids Environmental Educational Programs and Services) and its and member association (KEEPS Clubz) the non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, no-cost license and right to use and otherwise exploit in perpetuity the photo, video, film and all images and text included or depicted therein and therein whole or in part, in any manner or medium now or hereafter known or devised or discovered (including, without limitation, DVDs, streaming media, film, television, print, interactive devices, mobile media, Internet and on-line systems), throughout the universe and in any and all languages. KEEPS Global has the right to use the Content in any merchandising, advertising, marketing, promotion or for any other commercial or non-commercial purpose.

(i) IKEEPS Global have the consent of anyone mentioned or appearing in the Content to use the Content

(ii) I waive and relinquish all so-called “moral rights” (droit moral) now or hereafter recognized in connection with the Content;

(iii) I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, including without limitation, licensing fees, royalties, payments or any other form of consideration from KEEPS Global for its use of the Content;

(iv) the Content is subject to KEEPS Global Privacy Policy; and

(v) KEEPS Global is not obligated to make use of the Content.
